iPhone 6 is said to have reached stunning sales records. Although the rumours of receiving 16 million preorders were found not true, the 4 million preorders confirmed by Apple itself was already surprising enough. Competitors in the smartphone industry keep releasing information on the media attempting to attack iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. Chinese phone maker HUAWEI couldn’t help but launch an attack on their CEO, Mr Yu’s, Weibo.
The CEO of HUAWEI released photo reviews of their latest Mate 7 as well as the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.
iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus shocked me! iPhone 6 Plus looks 1.1 mm longer than our Mate 7 despite having a 5.5-inch display. Our full metallic G7 cost only RMB 1999 but the iPhone 6 are much more expensive. Moreover, the projected rear camera on the iPhone 6 is daunting! – Mr. Yu Cheng-dong CEO of HUAWEI
Indeed, the iPhone 6 looks bulkier than the Mate 7 in many ways but only in the photos. But are the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus real? No one knows.
Currently the iPhone 6 is not yet available in Mainland China but only Hong Kong and it is widely anticipated that the demand is way over the supply at launch. CEO of HUAWEI is trying to defend local productions yet is this what majority mainland Chinese thinking?
