It might just be a marketing strategy, or it might be a fact that the iPhone 5C, iPhone 5S and the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 are coming anytime in the coming days. September this year is the long-waited month in the technology field especially smartphones. Smartone HK just released a press release for those customers who might be eager to get the first hands-on of the very much wanted devices of 2013. The Hong Kong cellular service provider in their advertisement highlighted a new thing called the RED Pass which allows priority booking for selected customers for specific new devices. However, the pre-order from Smartone usually involve a ~ $500 HKD deposit which will be reimbursed in the phone bill later on. Such business practice sparked concerns for dishonest though. If you are potential customers of the devices above-named, be careful choosing the source whereas check all the terms before paying.
