It is really a budget smartphone with Android also with an emphasis on camera experience. It is also considered the predecessor of the Xperia Arc that has a FWVGA display, dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 at 1GHz and 1700 mAh battery. It also has 8 GB internal storage. The transparent bottom that Sony found frequently using is not making an appearance on this phone. What I mean transparent is that the see-through illuminated bottom bar that is light up by LED light for phone notifications.

All three colours are beautiful and the material used in building this two budget phones are very cool. The aluminium unibody resembles with with the point and shoot cameras from Sony. Both devices have a designated camera button for those who want great camera experience on their phone. Sony is trying to brand their models into two kinds, the first is the high end waterproof phones such as V and Z. And the rest of them are more budget but still very dedicated to the camera experience that could be brought by a single smartphone running on Android Jelly Bean.
