In the past I did think HP dumped their tablet business after the failure of WebOS on their TouchPad. Now, HP stuns the market again by revealing one of their latest model of tablet called Slate 7. The Slate 7 is priced at $169 USD and it runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

The Slate 7 has a 1Ghz Cortex A9 Duo Core processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB ROM storage (with support for microSD card up to 32GB), its 7-inch display is a 1024 x 600 FFS + LCD screen. It’s rear camera is a 3 mega pixel and its frot camera is a VGA one. This tablet is available in red and silver two colors. One of the signature features of the Slate 7 is the built in beats audio sound technology.
