User Agent Profiles are typically the biggest source of leaks in the Android (and mobile) world. This continues to be no exception.
Recently a trio of Android tablets from Samsung were revealed in a set of UAProfs. The GT-P3200, GT-5200, and GT-P8200 tablet model numbers were shown in Profs sporting respective screen sizes of 1024 x 600, 1280 x 800, and 2560 x 1600. That last screen size might look a little familiar. If these are true, the GT-P8200 will be sporting the same resolution as the Nexus 10, which is the highest resolution available for a mobile tablet at the moment.
In addition, while poking around some benchmarks, the good folks over at Engadget found that the 8200 will be apparently running Android 4.2.1 with a 1.7 processor (either dual or quad most likely).
By the looks of things, it seems that Samsung is set to release tablets for any need. 7, 8, and 10 inch models. This is all just speculation however. It is, has been, and always will be very easy to create hoaxes with numbers like these. On the off chance that these are legitimate, I’m excited to see what Samsung can offer. Will these be “Note” brand tablets or “Galaxy Tab” brand tablets?
MWC REALLY needs to hurry up and get here.
