Pros:
Here I

tried using the navigation on the ios 6’s built-in maps to guide me home. The whole experience was just awesome where I could even see my point moving smoothly along the road despite the maps is very backward compared to google maps. The accuracy has greatly been improved compared to using 3G network with a bad carrier. The animation and guidelines showed by the map was unexpectedly helpful.

Cons:
Not to mention the simplified map compared to google. It eats away my battery. I was having a drive around 5 minutes but my phone battery fell from 19% to 12%. Therefore, it drains battery. A brief suggestion to potential user of this navigation function would be you better bring with your juice pack or the lightning cable when you drive long distance. Otherwise, you won’t be able to make it.
